Eggless Carrot Cake

Ingredients

1.Milk Powder-1 cup
2.All purpose flour-1.5 cups
3.Baking soda-0.25 tsp
4.Baking Powder-0.25 tsp
5.Milk-1 cup
6.Butter-2 tbsp
7.Vanilla Powder- 3 tbsp
8.Powdered Sugar-1 cup
9.Chochip- 4 to 5 Pieces
10.Chopped Nuts-1/4 Cup
11.Grated Carrots-3/4 Cup
12.Grated Coconut-2 tsp
13.Creamy Cheese-1/4 cup(For Frosting)
14.Powdered Sugar-1/4 Cup(For Frosting)
15.Butter-1 tbsp(Frosting)
16.Coloured Sugar Sprinkles-1tsp
17.Flower shaped Candies-4 nos




Method

1.In a empty large bowl add Milk powder,1 cup of sugar,baking soda ,Baking powder,Vanilla powder and mix it well.
2.Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius for  10 mins
3.Then add milk and 2tbsp of butter  and mix it well.
4.Then add the all purpose flour to the mixture.Sift it while adding in order to avoid lumps.Mix it well.
5.Then add the chopped nuts and 1/2 cup of Grated carrot to the cake mixture and mix it well.
6.In a baking tray spread the baking sheet and grease the tray(in which your going to prepare the cake) with oil or butter on all the 3 sides.
7.Using ladle pour the batter into cake tray.
8.Then place it into the oven and allow it to cook in 200 degree celsius.
9.It approximately takes 20 to 25 mins.When you  insert a tooth pick it should cleanly come out,nothing should stick in it.

10.Allow the cake to cool down for an hour.
11.Mix the Creamy Cheese,1/4 Cup of powdered Sugar,1tbsp of butter in a bowl.Make sure there is no lumps.
12.After cake has cooled down apply the frosting mixture over the cake using knife and make sure it spreads completely on the cake.
13.Then Decorate the Cake with a layer of Chopped Nuts,Grated Carrot,Choco chips,flower shaped candies.

14.slice the Eggless Carrot cake and serve it.

Eggless Carrot Cake can be served as a dessert.

Eggless Black Forest Cake

Ingredients

1.Yogurt-2 cup
2.All purpose flour-3 cups
3.Baking soda-0.5 tsp
4.Baking Powder-0.5 tsp
5.Vanilla essece-2 tsp
6.oil-0.5 cup
7.Sugar-2 cup
8.Cocoa Powder-2 tsp 
9.Cherry-6 to 8 pieces
10.Heavy cream-1 cup
11.Shredded Choclate-2 tsp
 

Method

1.Just prepare 2 Eggless chocolate cake of round shape(same size).(Recipe for Eggless chocolate cakeis available here http://charanyaskitchen.blogspot.ch/2013/06/eggless-chocolate-cake.html).Just do it in a round shaped vessel so that you will get a Eggless chocolate cake of round shape.
2.Allow it to cool at room temperature for half an hour.
3.Then Just take out both the cake gently from the vessel(since you have greased it will come out if u upside down the vessel and tap it).
4.Then line up the cake and then apply cream in between the cakes.
5.Then using the Heavy cream  decorate the cake.
6.Place cherries on each corner of the cake.
7.Spread the Shredded Chocolate pieces over the cake.
8. Eggless Black Forest Cake is ready to serve.

Eggless Fruit and nut cake

Ingredients

1.Yogurt-1 cup
2.All purpose flour-1.5 cups
3.Baking soda-0.25 tsp
4.Baking Powder-0.25 tsp
5.Vanilla essece-1 tsp
6.oil-0.25 cup
7.Sugar-1 cup
8.Nuts-1/2 cup finely chopped
9.Tuti frooti-1/4 cup

Method

1.In a empty large bowl add yogurt,sugar,baking soda ,Baking powder and mix it well til the sugar gets dissolved completely.
2.Keep it aside for 3 to 4 mins.You will notice that the bubbles are formed on the surface.
3.Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius for  10 mins
4.Then add oil and mix it well.
4.Then add the all purpose flour to the mixture.Sift it while adding in order to avoid lumps.Mix it well.
5.Then add vanilla essence, nuts,tuti frooti to the mixture.
6.In a baking tray spread the baking sheet and  in a oven proof vessel grease the vessel with oil/butter on all sides.
7.Then pour the batter  into the oven proof vessel.
8.Then place it into the oven and allow it to cook.
9.It approximately takes 20 to 25 mins.When you  insert a tooth pick it should cleanly come out,nothing should stick in it.
10.Eggless Fruit and nut cake is ready to serve.

Eggless Vanilla Cupcake with icing

Ingredients

1.Yogurt-1 cup
2.All purpose flour-1.5 cups
3.Baking soda-0.25 tsp
4.Baking Powder-0.25 tsp
5.Vanilla essece-2 tsp
6.oil-0.25 cup
7.Sugar-1 cup
8.Cup cake liners-10 to 12
 
For Icing
1.Icing Sugar-1/2 cup
2.Butter-1/4 cup
 
 

Method

1.In a empty large bowl add yogurt,sugar,baking soda ,Baking powder and mix it well til the sugar gets dissolved completely.
2.Keep it aside for 3 to 4 mins.You will notice that the bubbles are formed on the surface.
3.Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius for  10 mins
4.Then add oil and mix it well.
4.Then add the all purpose flour to the mixture.Sift it while adding in order to avoid lumps.Mix it well.
5.Then add vanilla essence to the mixture.
6.In a baking tray spread the baking sheet and in a cup cake tray grease it with oil or butter.
7.Grease the cupcake linears with oil.
 
8.Using ladle pour the batter into cupcake linears and place it in the cupcake tray.
9.Then place it into the oven and allow it to cook.
10.It approximately takes 20 to 25 mins.When you  insert a tooth pick it should cleanly come out,nothing should stick in it.
11. Mix the icing sugar and butter and put it in the piping bag and do icing on each cup cake.

12. Eggless Vanilla Cupcake is ready to serve.

Eggless Pineapple chocochip Muffin / cupcake

Ingredients

1.Yogurt-1 cup
2.All purpose flour-1.5 cups
3.Baking soda-0.25 tsp
4.Baking Powder-0.25 tsp
5.Vanilla essece-1 tsp
6.oil-0.25 cup
7.pineapple essece-1 tsp
8.Sugar-1 cup
9.Choco chip-15 to 20 pieces
10.Cup cake liners-10 to 12


Method
